The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed upon our arrival and throughout our stay.
The breakfast options were quite limited, consisting only of a croissant and yogurt, which felt underwhelming for a hotel stay.

Positive, The location was perfect, just 2 mins walk from the Rialto Bridge. Our family room was a good size and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and had a nice lighted mirror. The staff was friendly, especially the housekeeping ladies. They let us store our luggage after checkout. 😊

this place absolutely should win an award for the tiniest rooms! the air conditioning was moldy and dusty, leaving me to breathe in who knows what. and you’d think after all that, I would at least get an upgrade for enduring my stay, but no. what a shame. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, perfect for our family vibe. Discovering local eateries nearby made our stay even better, especially for the grandkids who loved everyone they met!
My kids wished there was an elevator for easier access with strollers.
